Yoga Retreats

This past summer I took an awesome vacation with my older sister. She had gotten very interested in yoga and wanted to go on a retreat. We went to a Yoga Retreat and it was so much fun. I didn't know what it would be like, but the yoga retreat ended up combining intense practice with playful vacation in a beautiful locale for an experience that, for me, redefined relaxation and renewal. My sister was so excited about going because it was a vacation from work that combined everything she loved about relaxation with the experience of exercise in a fun way, yoga. She loves yoga, and I have to admit that after that I was also hooked. I recommend a yoga retreat to all of my friends and all of you guys as well!
