I didn't know what it would be like, but the yoga retreat ended up combining intense practice with playful vacation in a beautiful locale for an experience that, for me, redefined relaxation and renewal. My sister was so excited about going because it was a vacation from work that combined everything she loved about relaxation with the experience of exercise in a fun way, yoga.
